for anyone else who's interested i am making loads of new vids for mxm at the moment, i'm remaking all of the ones that don't have sound as this is a must for me and i am getting anyothers that i don't think have been done yet such as nightcaster.I will be zipping them and upping them to the ftp so then if anyone could be kind enough to up it to 'the usual place' then it would be appreciated!

Wow. I haven't been on for a couple days and theres talk about videos for applications. Thanks a lot. Just wondering. I'm not currently at the location where I run my FTP server, so I just wanted to know if it was still working ok. If not, I'll be back Tuesday morning to fix what ever problems there are.

I never knew that this ftp would be so useful. I guess I'll try to keep this running for as long as I can. Thanks for everyone's participation with the videos!

It's still running great! I am uploading another 22 vids at the moment, some of them are the ones that someone had made before but had no music, and some haven't been made before, as soon as i make more i will up them. And all of mine i make have sound as i feel this is a must!
Please do keep this running for as long as possible, this is a great way to share our vids and this is what got me into making them!

EDIT: Just finished uploading all 22 of them go get em!i will be makin more 2morow!

The only vids i really want now are vids for applications such as DVD-X Dongle, XBMP and Xsnes, I have vids for every game on my xbox apart from Big Mutha Truckers.

I also can't wait for automatic alphabetical listing for auto added items, my games are in a bit of a jumble at the moment!

Nathan. What if you just plug the DSL modem straight into your comp when you want to access my FTP and avoid the router. Just do that then go back into the router when you're done.

I'll try to mess with my FTP/Router settings when I get back home. Is anyone else having problems accessing my FTP besides Nathan?

Ok.. wierd crap. I guess i just realised that my ADSL modem is a router combo.. i plugged it directly into the PC Network card instead of my hub and still its a no go so the only way to do it is to dig out my crappy old ADSL USB modem and install all the drivers again which i am sure will cause more problems than it will slove. So i guess its a no go...

Ok, I'm uploading the last of the videos now.. And again, if anyone has any, would you please send them to me (read my last post for contact info)..

I won't be doing that on my part, too much renaming.. However, if someone would make a text file, that listed something like that.. Or maybe, if I got that list, I would whip up a html page with links to the file, and saying whatever about the audio.. Maybe even small comments..

All of mine have sound in them! I can't bear no sound!
The only ones without sound are the ones from MXM_MoviePack1b-SB so simply find out what files were in there and they don't have sound!
Expect another 5-10 upping later from me....some that aren't yet released but are being relleased soon, you've got to be ready now-a-days

I don't have sound in mine.. i use the Gen 2 skin and playing my own music in the background just having silent videos.. works well

My gay ass host seems to be down right now, so you guys will have to wait to dl some vids off it..

ummm i'm not sure about other people but i'm not, heres what i do:

go to xbox.ign.com and download some .mov game trailers.
I then open them with my REGISTERED version of quicktime and click file>export and klick ok. Then after that you will have a .avi that has sound, so all you then have to do is use stoik video convertor (it's free!)to convert to .wmv (using 768kb/s works well)
Then you will have a high quality xbox trailer with the origional sounds...Is that what you where asking about?

THat's sorta what i was asking about. I read the tutorials on how to convert mov file and stuff to wmv. I was just wondering if you or anyone else would know of a good video editing program. What i want to do is start making my own personalized skin to incorporate little videos of all the games on my harddrive. YOu sorta like a new intro screen. LOL i think i'm asking this question in the wrong post. LOL

Uploaded chilin dude's new ones, and the halo2 and jurrasic park (in 'no pack').. I would also like to request that someone make an Xcommander one, and more emulator specific videos (Like MAMEoX, nesterx, bla bla)..
