well before I go any futher im gonna ask for some help. I have a Hitachi-LG 312OL V59 (atleast if im reading it right) it says "rom ver.:0059DJ" any ways I'm able to get into mode B with no problem and windows gives it a drive letter and all. I'm using - Maximus-Garyopa Hitachi-LG Xtreme v2.3 Stealth 8in1 Revision2 for the flash and it dumps the old firmware but says it cant complete and somthing about the drive may not be supported. Am I doing somthing wrong??

nevermind I got it. really stupid mistake on my part but its all working fine now

well it was a mistake not many people would make but i was using the wrong drive letter xp switched everything around
