anybody know if it's possible to play split screen cooperatively on xbox live locally?
if so, can profile 1 sign-in to xbox live and then profile 2 sign-in as guest? (or does profile 2 need a gold membership as well?)

Yes, you can do that. One player can be a guest on split screen co-op.

how do u do it . me and a cuz of mine in VA while i am in MA tried to play co op on live or system link or what ever and we could not do it. i could see him in the list but not me and he could see me but not him in the players list

so is there someone who can show step by step how to play co-op in xbox 360 live.
