i have.. dont know what happened but i went to put in a backup i made and it wouldnt work; it just kept spinning and the 360 kept trying to detect it. upon inspecting the disc, i saw a portion that looked like a layer had peeled... i pinched that part to flatten it and could hear the layers seperated.. stuck my finger in between and to no surprise the disk peeled in half as if i peeled off a thin layer to make it a thinner disc.. sucks. one disc out of 20 bad for me.

I have had one defective from a spindle but NOT LIKE THAT!!!!!

I have had couple of bad verb dvd+R DL spindle from supermedia before. I wasn't really mad at it but after spending 50 min of burning at 2.4x and end up nothing, that's really pissed me off.
