what is the best modchip to get for the xbox360?

Well I guess the NME-360 1.2 is the latest and greatest . I just installed it, but was very very difficult. I would probably be posting your prior successes in soldering, then ask for a soultion that fits you.

If you have a Hitachi drive in your xbox 360, your gonna be at it for hours unless you have done this type of stuff before. If I were you, I would open your Xbox 360 and pull apart your drive and look at the connections you need to solder to and see if you think you can do it.

The NME-360 1.2 however has the most features and the software is all downloadable off the net. Everything is freeware and it is easy to use if you follow the instuctions on Team Underdogs website.

This is all just my opinion. However if you have a Samsung drive, this install may be easier for you.

What about the Blaster 360? It looks convincing.
