Do Microsoft ban people for playing leaked games?
There are crap loads of people playing the leaked version on live.

This has to be the full version and not the demo seeing how many achievements they have got.

I suppose some of them might have promotional copies like this.

Did it come out early in Japan? Cause all but 2 of the leaders are from Japan.
