i cant do the 1st step because after I extracted my backup I got a 7.05gb .000 file, what do i do?

what did you extract it with?

I used winrar and I extracted this file

and I got a dvd file named sx-gowu that says
LayerBreak=1913760
sx-gowu.000
when i opened it in notepad

and i got a 7.05gb file named sx-gowu.000

The question is how did you rip and extracted the files. Not some DL files you extracted using winrar.

If you ripped your own stuff instead of pirating you would have no probs
