You can buy inkjet printable media from Verbatim. Verbatim makes those but cost a little bit higher than regular Verbatim DVD+R DL. Printable verbatim dvd+r dl media have two types. Standard and hub printable. Standard is like original Xbox 360 disc with inner diameter 1.30 and outer 4.65. Hub printable disc has smaller diameter like dvd movie disc with inner diameter of 0.95 and outer 4.65. You can buy printer that allows you to print directly on dvd+r dl surface. You can make exact look alike xbox 360 game backup. However, be careful dvd covers and case inserts are copy right materials. Hope this helps. smile.gif

If your looking for a cheap but good quality printer, get an epson, not exactly "cheap chea" at around $150, but good enough for any amateur (not pointing, just saying). Toshiba also comes out with printable DVD's, and those are pretty nice.

Seriously if your not doing anything major, basically anything should get the job done.

Where can I find these? And what printer are you using? How many prints do you get out of a set of carts?

The bottom line is that Verbatim are the most Versatile D/L media out there, you can use them for any application and just about any drive/player and they will work (provided you have created the image properly). Just because some people get a given media to work doesn't mean that it is good media or that anyone can use it. Your particular 360 DVD-ROM drive/firmware revision and you particular DVD Burner and firmware revision can have alot to do with it. The other thing is that there are a number of fakes floating around out there (ie Chinese made media that has stolen the basic Ricoh media code). People keep listing off the wall brands but don't do anyone any favors by doing this because they aren't listing who actually made it. The brand label means nothing without having the manufacturer listed, as there can be 3 or more manufacturers that manufacture the same spec discs under the exact same label but all 3 manufacturers have very differing quality standards. As it sits right now D/L Verbatim DVD+R is being exclusively produced by MKM (Mitsubishi Kagaku Media) who owns Verbatim and is made in Singapore. That being said it is possible for them to switch to other manufacturers in the future. Although I seriously doubt it as no other manufacturer has been able to come close to producing the same success rate. It's not like single layer media where you have more flexibility and the option of several different quality manufacturers. As mentioned above SOME people will get the cheap stuff to work, but it doesn't mean that it is absolute. Hell there are a number of people who got XBOX 1 backups working on Longten and Princo media but I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
