trying to make it kind of a ice theme i dont have PS so idk if alot of u can help but if u know about Paint.NET or have it then that could help me out.

hmmm, I'll try and see if I can come up with anything but you could try and make an "icy" looking border. Maybe with some icecicles (sp?) or something.

ok and im adding some like broken ice in the in the backround ill show u the finished sig when im done with the ice border and the blue highlights.
