Hello everybody!

Well, I just bought a brand new Samsung LE40F71B ( it supports FULLHD) and I was very excited cause I had the VGA CABLE to plugged it on the TV. When I turned on my xbox360 and went to set the new display, I noticed there were lots of possibilities, but to use 1080p wasnt possible, WHY? I´ve been reading the all forum but I wasnt able to get some specific information about my situation so therefore i hoping to have some help, THANX!

I bought also GEARS OF WAR, and with it came some update... is this the fall update? or is it something else?
And if it isnt the FALL UPDATE how can I get it?

when using VGA your given the options of PC style resolutions instad of just
720p
1080i

what you need to do is select the resolution that the nearest to the full res of your telly.
i only have a 720p TV so i have no idea as to what res you might use for your telly.

is there anything close to say
1650x1050 ?

what you want is for the second number to be as close to 1080 as poss.
