i know resident evil 5 is out in march but are there any games with the same style of gameplay out now.

I'd say that Dead Rising is the closest thing to the Resident Evil franchise that is out right now for 360. It isn't without it's flaws but can be fun as hell.

condemned is probably the closest you'll find at this point, but i wouldn't really compare it to the res evil style of games. i think theres a demo on the marketplace for it. it might not be quite what your looking for, but its a great game, i'd definitely say rent it and check it out. (or where it was a launch title, you might be able to find it pretty cheap in some bargain bin)

Fatal Frame 1 and 2 as well as Silent Hill 4: The Room are all XBox games but BC on 360. They are also very good games and worth having.

Closest things we got are Dead Rising and FEAR. Yeah, they aren't resident evil, but they are close.

Condemned is a fantastic title as well. it plays from the first person view but IMO it's the closes to a Resident evil game available.

Easily my favorite Xbox 360 title to date.

I agree 100% that Condemned is a great game, although ive not played it for a long time and i have no idea why but all the same its a top game, right back from launch aswell but the game play and graphics are great.

I can't say its my favourite game, but it is without doubt very good. If your into these types of games like resident evil you'll love it, it reminds me very much of resident evil actually.

Condemned is probably what Resident Evil would be from a first-person perspective. I think Dead Rising is great but not close in terms of Resident Evil style (well from the demo anyways, too poor to purchase outright).

I love Condemned, it reminds me of what D on the Sega Saturn could be had it been made today.

If you had ever played "Resident Evil: Survivor" on the PS1 you would know what RE as a FPS would be like and trust me... it was awful.

Man, you love your condemned, don't you?! I swear I have read like 5 of your posts screaming it's praises! Fair enough! I was the first game I beat on 360 (if I remember correctly, looks at gamercard). I should really go through it again.

quite alot of places, it's just rumoured though. I reckon we wont see res5 until q4-2007/q1-2008
