Two very quick questions

1. How do i just the emergency eject button on the front of the Pioneer? I've poked it many a time and no ejection...??

2. I press spin drive on WXRipper and the drive doesn't spin....? - FIXED - Sorry, was used to the old DVD drive making a very loud sound all the time, Pioneer is silent so i used to hand to feel and it was vibrating.
