Wow I can't wait! I have loved every Turok since it came out on N64! Hopefully some these reptiles will shake the house down.

Those are pics of ingame footage. Thanks to the Unreal 3 engine, it'll atleast look great. I am eagerly awaiting this one! Dinos and Unreal 3 graphics should make for a killer experience!

I saw these yesterday and I must say, I'm pretty impressed. The jungle looks fantasic, characters look great and effects and lighting are spot on. So is this game a definate for 2007?

The only thing date wise I have been able to find is Q4 2007.

Releases are going to be trickier this year than ever before with games like Halo 3, Mass Effect and others dropping. A smart dev wont launch anything around the big hitters but at the same time I want this game really bad, life as a gamer aint easy!

I wish Gears had some locales like that. Can you imagine being in a wooded area and the Brumak comes out blowing trees up and foliage starts flying around?

Hell, fighting Dinos is the only reason I liked King Kong at launch, and it was putrid looking. I hope this rejuvinates the series much like TR Legend did for Lara.

I hope so too. I loved the first one on the N64... I remember it being the most graphically amazing game I'd ever played

a couple sequels that followed were ok, but beyond that the franchise turned to crap.

I tried liking the one on Xbox but that was a No go. I only paid like 4.00 for it and even that was 2 much

I remember meleeing something as it was attacking me and I knocked a tree down during the battle. I hit another one and it tumbled over and wondered why in poops name I could take a tree down but not a small raptor

To answer lowends question, I tried it on N64 and was impressed, but liked it even more on my gaming rig that had a massive voodoo 1 in it! or was it a voodoo 2 back in that time period?

im really hoping the graphics come out this good. outdoor settings can always prove difficult, im not slamming gears of wars graphics at all, i think they are incredible, BUT i think alot of the ohhs and ahhs should be aimed at the texturing and art design. if they could do what gears of war did in terms of blending the world together it would be a hit, (kinda like what crysis is doing)

what gives you the impression the Unreal 3 engine cant do it? Mass Effect looks fantastic. Granted we havent seen anything that shows them in a jungle where a mass amount of fillrate is needed but with the right programmers, I think they can get away with a hell of a lot with that engine
