Interesting. If they are indeed legit that wouldn't be bad. I will need to do some research on them though.

Strange as here in the US, the MII are fading out and the MIS are becoming more common. Guess we know where they went.

Anyways the 2.4x D/L Verb 20 packs are $25 shipped at newegg right now:

So I went to Bestbuy yesterday to pick up some. When I had got there it looked like they were out. Because someone had put a couple 15 packs on top of the 20 packs. I thought that was funny, but what was even funnier was the fact that the 15 pack was $32.99 and the 20 pack was $29.99.
All were MIS btw

yeah, as long as they are the made in singapore ones you should be fine, my first pack was a 8x set with hard cases which even said it would support up to 10x speed on compatible burners, which i had at the time, but i used them to burn images at 2.4x and they all worked flawlessly, my most recent pack was a 20 pack that only said 4x i think, like the ones people are linking to at newegg, good ones if they are made in singapore

Honestly there really is no reason to go with 2.4x burns on Verbatim. I've always burned at 4x or higher and never had an issue (as have many others on this site).

Futureshop just had them on sale, 15 for $19.99. I grabbed 2 packs but now wish I had grabbed a few more. They usually go on sale about once every month to month in a half. If you NEED discs now, just grab a small amount, or single to get you by until a decent deal comes up.
