Hi
I have a Samsung drive in my 360 and need to know whether it is a ms25 or ms28 version
is there any way to find out which it is, without opening the 360?

nope. you gotta open it. if it was manufactured before april, it is probably an ms25

Ya, it says the fw version on the bottom of the drive sticker.
