I bought an unmodded and unopened 1.6 xbox. The problemis that it won't boot at all. I was hoping htat it was the PSU's fuse but the fuse is good (http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/powersupply-fuse.php). So I checked the collector and it's working right (http://llamma.com/xbox/Repairs/1.6_Xbox_no_power.htm). I checked the On/Off board and it's working. Not sure where to look now. Anyone help?

I looked at the PSU t see if anything else went out and tested everything. I checked out this "tutorial" PSU Repair after lightning. I took a couple of pictures of my board (sorry, I don't have that great of a camera). The first is just the general pic:

The second is the only area I can't get a good read from and I don't know if it's me or what. The two spots are the same spots on the above tut that he rewired resistors to. However, my PSU only has 2 of the 501 resistors (next to R704) and they don't look burned like his.

If your pretty good with a multimeter and you've measured high voltages before, then I can give you some hints to see what may be wrong with your PSU.
