I'm thinking of getting a 360 HDDVD drive to hack and put on my PC. I just have a questions about it.

I hate that I'm in region 4 and buy most of my DVD's from the US now. Is there a way to change the region coding on the 360 HDDVD drive like on standard PC DVD drives. So that I can change the region setting from 4 to 1? If not, what will I need to get a US version of the HDDVD drive to run in Australia.

well seeing as there is no mod for the hd-dvd drive, I dont think you will get very far. And there is currently no way to fix the region coding on the 360.
