I have a nice little Gateway Laptop here it's about a year old. It's an MX6124 if that helps. Anyways i am not hardware savy when it comes to PC's so i was wondering if anyone knows if i can upgrade the RAM, and the Processor on it.

Any suggestions or help would be wonderful.

Processors in laptops are usually not to be upgraded but the ram should be easy.

processor will take a professional with porfessional tools and knows what he/she is doing if in fact it can be upgraded. as far as memory it is just like replacing in a desktop. just make sure you have the right type of laptop memory. check your owners manual for instructions.
