I'm running the T3CH rev7841 MC360 build, clean installed, with MC360 1.02 version skin overwriting the version that came in the build.

In the MC360, the buttons make neat little sounds when you press them in various screens. This is also true in the Master Lock and share lock screens. Unfortunately it can easily give away part or all of your password to anyone within earshot if you're entering it on a gamepad. The password screen shouldn't play any tones during user input.

XBMC issue not skin and I fail to see how beep beep beep can give a password

It gives it away in the same manner that touch tones give away a phone number to the trained ear. Except in this case the beep beep beeps are much easier to identify than touch tones since the button sounds are easily discerned from one another. The original XBMC skin didn't have different pitched tones for the various buttons on the controller.
