I am thinking about purchasing a 360 and would like to have it connect to my PC and Mac via SMB shares to play video content. Much of the content is MPEG-2 as recorder by SageTV (HD and SD). The rest varies. . . Video_TS folders, MPEG-4 in various containers.
What bumps will I run into while trying to use such a set up? I'm already pretty sure that I'll be SOL with the non MPEG-2 content. Is this correct?
