You will find a very good overview document here

As a newcomer, also plse take the time wink.gif to explore the pinned section at the top of the Backup forum ( Backup Faq - Everything* You Need To Know PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS! ) as much is covered there.

Firmware and flashing your firmware is here ( look at the Releases, Tuturial And Guides at the top and read a lot).

Also look at the newbie section for most of the questions we all have when we begin wink.gif.

and Modchip Installers / Firmware Flashers

If you can't find it you won't find a great deal of help here beyond what the tutorials and FAQs already state.

If you want to pay someone to do it, we have a forum for that. But the question I pose is: Even if you get your firmware flashed how do you intend to create your backups?

That is called piracy and isn't allowed to be discussed here.
