First off, im in the UK so ideally i would like to ship in the UK. Shipping overseas would seriously add to the total but hey, if you want it that bad i have no problem shipping overseas.

Xbox has UnleashX with latest XBMC.
The rom is a POS, it has been modded in the past (only pshyically) for a dvd player mod, it still works fine for transferring games to the harddrive though.
All games will be transferred to the harddrive before shipping (unless buyer chooses otherwise)
You can see pictures of the xbox in the topic linked above, there are a couple of flaws as mentioned in the thread but otherwise it came out real nice (i think so anyway).
