Guys, I have this really weird problem with my 360. I got this message "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console" so I ended up modding the 360. Now it boots and plays backups fine but I still get the "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console" with original games. It's a samsung ms25. Any suggestions??

Perhaps that original game is damaged/scratched so the console can't read it properly ? If it boots backups made from other originals then its nothing wrong with the FW anyway imo.
Btw, it's not a xbox1 game you try to start right ? If that is the case, that game has to be on the backwards compatible list (and the list updated from Live! to your console) or it will never work/boot.

How many originals and backups have you tested that with?
If only one, it could be the original as mentioned,

I've tried a few backups and all of them works. I only have 1 original but I've tested with 2 different 360 and both of them booted. They're all 360 games by the way.

If you only have 1 original then you can only possibly have 1 backup legally.
