I was looking around for a tutorial or something but can't find any for making skins. What is the best way to play around with making a skin? Should I just take a skin like "Glass" and extract it and then just edit the images in photoshop or what?

Well thats pretty much the best way to get started yeah after that you can look at tall the default images and change them as well if you wish
