i tried burning a back up of my nba street iso using clonedvd 2 on a tdk dvd+r dl and it says unplayable. Now i read the tutorial on burning it with clone dvd 1 but didnt see anything with part 2. There was no option to burn the .dvd file so i just burnt the iso file.... can anyone please help me....

PS: is it important to use the .dvd file while burning?????

yes the .dvd defines the layerbreak.

Are original playing fine,
How have you done the backup?
-for ss.bin which software & drive
-for game.iso which software & drive
-how was it merged
-which drive to burn?
-Burn on which media at what speed?

Try using ImgBurn. Delete the .dvd straight away as you won't need it with ImgBurn. Set the layerbreak manually within the program (tools > settings > write > click user specified & enter 1913760). Leave everything else at default and burn at the slowest speed your media supports. If you still have problems after that then the problem is either with your media, burner, game image or 360 firmware.

Sorry we help people do their own backup themselves.

It would make things way too easy for people to use this site to get help on image of questionable origin.
Closed and do not make it again.
