I have a NME 360 1.2 chip installed in my XBOX. Can you please confirm if this is the correct way to burn my game backups to dvd dual layer :

Burner : Pioneer DVR-112D
XBOX Drive : Samsung TS-H943 (MS28)
Media: RDISC DVD+R DL / Datawrite DVD+R DL

The game images i have contain 2 files 1x ".000" and 1x ".dvd"

1. I patch the ".000" file using NME associator so my image size is correct
2. I burn the image at 1x / 2.4x using either a) Clone DVD or cool.gif IMG Burn and set the layer break to "1913760"

My images created in the above method always seem to fail what am i doing wrong, if anything ?. I get the normal "Please insert this disc into a xbox 360 console error"

Orginal discs play fine with no problems. I am not sure how the images were created, as far as i am concerned they should be correctly done and just require burning.

where have you taken these images?

My friend has created the images for me from my orginals using my xbox as i didnt understand that stage of the procedure. He is far more technical that me with regards to patching etc. However im not quite sure what relevance this has to the orginal question. I am fairly confident that this stage was performed correctly.

Sorry we only help people who are doing the whole backup themself.

It would make things way too easy for people to use this site to get help on image of questionable origin.

closed and do not post again about backup made by others,
