How do I make a small picture alot larger without getting it all pixel-ated?

I think you pretty much have to touch it up yourself after resizing it unless its a vector, but idk for sure

there are plenty of methods all depend on how far you want to go with it

post it up and see what some of us can do

Use the pencil tool and color over the pixel-ation.
