My Wii isn't chipped yet (I'm waiting on the chip that should come out in a few months), but I was wondering if anyone tried this patcher, and can tell me about it. Like, does it work with ANY single game? Or is it just a load of BS and doesn't work at all? Please let me know if you know something.. Cause if it works 100% I might as well buy the WiiKey instead of the other chip I'm waiting for (the upcoming chip should be able to launch games of any region)

from my understanding it kinda works, kinda fucks up you chip. Not permanently, but enough you have to turn off the wii for 5 seconds. Also, i dunno if the mods will like you linking to a torrent tracker, and a region patcher has certain piracy implications. Doesn't bother me any, but the mods may not like it, and their opinion is what counts here.

Oh, I didn't know it counted as piracy.. Although it makes sense.. If I've broken any rules, sorry.

Anyway, well.. It sounds like it's a pretty shitty patcher.. Oh well, I'll just wait for a better chip then. Thank you

Nice one guys, this is deffinatly all going in the right direction, i have a friend who does imports for a good price, so i can see this making cheaper games possible

Does anyone know if this newer version is actually any good? or do we have the same issues as before? (I assume as an update, it must be improoved somewhat?)
