hi,i'm trying to upload files (shoutcast,media,avalaunch.xbe avalaunch.xml) to drive c:\ in xbox,using cuteftp 8, but many files allready exist in c:\ why? its first time that i'm trying to install avalaunch!!!!after that i cant install avalaunch.What should i do?tks

well if your trying to transfer in avalaunch just do it... if they aint already on C then thats fine just transfer them into the xbox. all the other files u see are most likely MSdash files etc those are normall and you want them on the xbox.

a word of advice though... get XBMC (XBox Media Center) instead as it much better .. along with the MC360 skin for the XBMC program (makes XBMC look like the xbox360 dashboard)
