Sure.
VideoDownloader extension for FireFox +
SUPER © Converter.
VD grabs them as .flv (flash video) and SUPER © can convert them to any format (not sure what the PSP is compatible with, you'll have to check that).

Is there a tut on how to use SuperC? I cant for the life of me even figure out how to start the thing. I put the file in the box, tell it what settings I want.. then what? The faq is horrid, the software help is even worse, and to top all that off there can't be a simple thing like a "go" button. Any help please?

I figured it out after a bit of trial and error

. Just drag and drop your files into the interface then at the top select the video and audio formats you want (mpeg4 for psp) then hit encode.
