Ok so I've been using Xbox Backup Creator fine with a Samsung SH-D126C for a few months now. However all of a sudden I am getting the error

Block Error Recovered at Partition LBA: XXXXX

Now I don't quite understand why this is happening as it's worked fine before. I've reflashed my Samsung Drive but to no avail.

Has anyone else encountered this error? Does anyone know how to fix it?

It may be your disc, clean it well and set the read speed lower in the options.

you can also try schtrom.
