I've ripped one of my games and its not done it the way i'd assume it would -- it's created 2 folders -- video_ts and audio_ts, like on a regular dvd -- how would i burn this? Anyone know?

burning is not your issue, from what you are saying the rip was not good.
how have you ripped it,
software, which drive, resulting size?
also look at the turorial pinned

have you tried using xbox backup creator? kinda does everything for you.
