I've got a samsung sh-d162c drive, (ver 0.80...i think). My drive reads the game as XGD2DVD_NTSC and not as XBOX360. When I run XBC, it all looks good until I try to actually read the game, it says the drive "doesn't exactly support .ss extraction, do you want to continue" When you click continue, it fails. I've backed up 13 games so far with no problem until now. I've only had this problem with TMNT and Crackdown so far. I've seen that others have backed up these games, how. Do I need to update my firmware and if so how?

Which version of XBC are you using? I doubt the shd162c will make a diff because the 0.81 was a correction for xbox1 game if I rememeber correctly. Still I would be a good idea to upgrade it.
