Ok I am needing this image



Enlarged to at least 600 px tall. I need it to be good quality too. If anyone can do this I would appreciate it.

Well I was just wanting it bigger like the second one... but wanted it to not have the splotches and defects

Well, it's not a vector, so it won't scale properly, it will always become distorted.

This is the best genuine fractals will do. I use GF all the time (works best with B&W in my experience). If the source image was artifact free even at this low resolution you would get much better, even perfect results. If you really need this this exact pic your best bet would be to draw it from scratch as a vector - simple enough, just meticulous and time consuming.

When you scale this back down to the needed size the artifacting will be less obvious - maybe run some grain over it...
