Both of these are UNOPENED, have the COE, serial numbers not registered. I haven't even broken the seals.

They aren't upgrades, both are FULL versions. Lowest I'd take for windows xp is 200$ which is a damn good deal if I say so

Wait, I forgot about the $180 being an upgrade. For some reason I was thinking it costs $80 as an upgrade and $180 full, but that's the Home version. Sorry about that.
Anyway, good price. I don't need it, but still, good prices.

Thanks. By the way, you may wonder why I'm selling this. In college I bought student versions of pretty much everything i needed this, when I graduated I got both of these but I have no reciepts and I'm having a hell of a time returning them. I got an offer on Windows XP so I think It'll be gone. Make me an offer if you want one of them
[edit: by the way, I think these software retail prices are outrageous, I'm just trying to make some money back for at least what I paid for the versions I use now]
