thanks for this great tutorial,

I have a game.ISO and game.DVD, so if i delete/remeane the .DVD file and just select the .ISO after manually setting the layerbreak in the tools>settings> write tab, All should be well?

it depends, How have you done the backup?
-for ss.bin which software & drive
-for game.iso which software & drive
-how was it merged

Which X360 Drive/FW?
