If I upgrade to Evox V. 1.8.3752, do I still need to turn off IGR for some off my game? And if I turn off IGR how do I reset from a game without push the power.

Your best bet is to run the latest xecuter bios, 4973.02, it has a igr that won't mess any games up, so run that bios and the evox dash you mentioned with all of the igr's turned off and you should be fine.
