I know you can change the fan speed but how do you get it to stay the speed you select when you start a game or other app. The fan slows down once you leave the dash.

when you run a game or other external program, the xbox as good as resets itself and dumps xbmc out of its memory so all settings are then controlled by the game or app your running. So you have no control over the fan speed when games are running.
