I just double checking I'm not missing anything before I start my Mod install.

Mod Install
1. Xbox pre Aug 2002.
2. X-ecuter mod chip with one wire.
3. Soldering iron and such.

Evolution-X Install
1. EvolutionX V1.8.458.iso
2. Burned to CD-RW.
3. Basic Guide To Setting Up Evolution-X Dashboard On Your XBOX Tutorial written by : JimmyHACK.
4. FlashFXP install on the PC.
5. Hub to connect PC to XBox.

Backup DVD/CD
1. XiSO installed in PC.
2. Crap load of space on PC
3. DVD-RW/CD-RW


I was reading about assigning an IP address to my XBox? Do I need to do this to connect to it? I didn't see this step in JimmyHACK's tutorial on setting up Evolution-X.
