Hey I got oblivion a week ago and I was so excited to level up and get more magika to use, but ehen I just looked at my magika it is still at 80/80. how do I level that up? because I got a chameleon spell that I want to use but it keeps on saying no enough magika.
Sleep in a bed to level up 
You have to increase your Intelligence,Endurance etc.Find a bed to sleep in after you level up and increase attributes related to Magicka.I would also advice you to join the Mages guild and reap the benefits as you progress in there missions ...umm.... i don't want to ruin it for you.
