I have the HD in this picture but I for some reason pulled the sticker off. I can't read the sticker so I don't know the pin selector thingy. Does anyone have a better picture or can tell me which one is which?

Looking at the back of the HD, here are your options.

|::: is master :::: is slave and :|:: is cable select. The default for the Xbox is CS, but it will work as Master also.
