I have a modded xbox with a broken drive, and wanna install xbox media center onto it. It has an xecuter 3 chip with an x3 bios on it, and the original microsoft dashboard on it. I was wondering if there was a different bios / way that I can install the software without having to load it via a dvd disc.

You should be able to FTP with the X3 bios and install it that way. Then make sure the xbe is in the boot order. These links should help:

How would I ftp to my xbox?
Is it just as simple as using my flash fxp to my ip xbox address, like how I flashed the bios via the network ?
If thats the case, I can just ftp to my box, add the files, rename a few and im good to go?
