Hi,

I have just finished flashing my 78fk with the latest firmware.

I have a 162 drive with kern .81 which i used to backup crackdown.

I then used my Pioneer 110D with latest firmware 1.41 to burn - using xbox backup creator and selecting img burn.

The disk burned with no errors

i put the disk in the xbox 360 - the screen goes black like it is going to play the disk and then comes back up for me to clean the disk.

any ideas that I am doing wrong
problem is that blank disk cost me 6 dollars each....so I don't have much room to keep making mistakes.

Do other backups work on the console? Also what media are you using?

I haven't been able to try any other backups...as this is the first time...
I bought verbatim dvd+R DL

Might be a bad flash or a bad burn.

ok..how do i tell either?

the flash seem to go exactly as per the video ---no errors and I can play origional disk still with no problems.
so i am a little lost how to fix this.

I had the same problems after burning the dvd with DVD Decrypter I changed over to CloneCD and set the write speed to x2 and the backups now work fine.
