My friends 360 died on him about a month and he gets the red lights and everything, but there is no error. He called ms and they said it was a hardware failure, no shit. I don't know what caused it to die, but he got an elite so do you think it would be worth taking it from him to try one of the "X" clamp methods? It would be nice to get a 360 for less than $20.
