does anyone know how to use medi kits without a medic present? the game shows i have 3 but how do i use them?

it probably does i was trying to avoid going up into the loft to get all the xbox cases/ manuals because the boxes take up so much space. I was just wondering if someone could tell me of the top of their head

Nope, I looked last night because I had the same problem (couldn't heal myself). I don't see any mention of it anywhere in the manual...
