help iv got a modded 360 and i cant play original games when i first got it done i could but now for some reason it jus says please put this disc in a xbox 360 plus i still aint been banned from live so i dont want 2 flash it again jus in case i amn one of the lucky one wit old firm wear that is not banned

Sounds like a hardware issue with your drive (like a dirty or dead lens). You'll at least need to reflash your drive in your troubleshooting. I think it's a myth that some escape detection from the bannings. My console was fine until yesterday, then I was banned. I've heard many similar stories too. So, try the reflash. If that doesn't work, it's definitely a hardware issue.
