I've been out of the scene for a while and as I can see, Avalaunch is pretty dead at this point. I downloaded the latest dash from the "usual places" and it's the Christmas dash. There is an update after this one, however I cannot download the update! Also, going in to the downloads section, where you could download things like ConfigMagic etc doesn't work either. ALso, if I try to go and download skins it tells me the skin server might be down (it's not).
However, my internet connection is working perfectly fine, because the RSS feeds download perfectly fine and play on the screen. I would like to be able to download the latest update without the christmas girl as well as some of the things that were offered on the download page.
I have cleared all of my cached drives and re-downloaded Avalaunch and re-installed it with no luck. Actually it's pissing me off to be frank.
Does anyone have any ideas?
