Ok so I have a modded 360 that is for sure not banned.

Here is my idea- Reflash to the orignal fw. Format the HD and buy a new live account.

If anybody could try this/has done this post it in here and let me know.

The banning has nothing to do with your HDD or Xbox Live account. M$ banned the xbox 360 console itself. You can use your HDD and your Xbox Live account fine on an unbanned Xbox 360.
