Here is what I have:
Philips DVD
Case Fan
Front LED Assembly
Power Supply
Motherboard/Hard Drive (Black And White Rolling Video)
RCA/AC Cables
I also have a Live headset adapter, I also have a working headset, however the clip that attatches the ear/mouthpiece is broken so it no longer clips on to the headband.

Yes the video is black and white and rolls. I haven't really bothered to check what is wrong with it, someone mentioned it may be in PAL mode but again I am not sure.
And yes the eject and power buttons/leds.
