My 360 is 100% UN-MODDED and I need help big time.

If it's 100% unmodded, then consider not caring what we think and call microsoft if it's indeed 100% unopened, and under warranty.

For one the warranty is expired so I am trying to fix it without having to sell a limb to get it working again. And two please dont reply if all you're capable of is worthless comments. TYVM. So if anyone has any LEGIT advice it would more than appreciated.

what exactly is the problem? I realize your seeing an open tray message, but is it when there's a game in there, or when you kick the 360 on without a game in, or what exactly is it doing.

Sorry I was AFK 4 a bit it happens whenever I try any DVD or 360 game and I have tried the rubberband fix as well but no luck there either.

Did the magnetic spindle come apart from the top metal case. I would open up the drive and check that. If it is no longer attached drive and magtnetically stuck to the case then thats your problem.
